Dr. Salah has over 25 years’ experience in Egypt and Saudi Arabia, His practice focuses on a diverse range of maritime law matters and has worked as a maritime expert for a number of entities and governmental bodies. He has advised on all aspects of maritime and international trade law, including P&I Clubs insurance, charter party disputes, cargo claims, salvage claims, Piracy, marine pollution, collisions, crew claims and general admiralty claims.

Dr. Salah has authored a number of publications and has contributed in the Emirati maritime law amendments in collaboration with Backer McKenzie Habib Al Mulla. In addition to that, Mr. Salah has collaborated with a number of international law firms and advised them in relation to maritime disputes and arbitration legal matters.  He graduated in law from University of Monoufeyia and completed his LLM in Private Law at University of Tanta. He went on to complete a PhD in Law at University of Tanta.
